Please call our Customer Care department if you would like to cancel your order.
If your order has not been fulfilled, we will be able to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been packaged and is on its way to you, please accept the delivery, and give us a call. A member of our Customer Care team would be more than happy to assist you in processing a return for your items and issue you a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of shipment receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipment costs. Henkaa reserves the right to issue a 20% damage fee for the return of damaged merchandise.
