We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsure about sizes or have any other questions regarding our products, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

NOTE: If you purchased items through an Authorized Retailer, please contact the same Retailer regarding their shop policies. 

To make a return request, please refer to our Return Policy and contact Henkaa Customer Care. One of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you by providing you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return/exchange your item(s).

Henkaa doesn't offer exchanges. Instead, you can return your garment(s) for refund and then place a new order for the product you desire!


NOTE: All items marked as clearance and/or ending in .98 are Final Sale. Unauthorized returns sent to Henkaa Inc. will not be accepted or issued a refund.
