To make a return or exchange request, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy and contact Henkaa Customer Care. One of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you by providing you with a Return Authorization or Exchange Authorization number and instructions on how to return/exchange your item(s).

NOTE: All items marked as clearance and/or ending in .98 are Final Sale. Unauthorized returns sent to Henkaa Inc. will not be accepted or issued a refund/exchange. Henkaa does not issue refunds/exchanges for purchases made directly with an Authorized Retailer - please speak to them about their Return & Exchange policies.
