How do I track my order?

Your package can be tracked using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for information on shipping timelines and the shipping carriers Henkaa uses for your orders.

Swatches are shipped via regular postal mail with Canada Post and do not have tracking numbers. 

If you cannot find your shipping confirmation email, or you haven't received your swatches within 10-14 business days of ordering, please email info@henkaa.com with your order number and a member of our team would be pleased to assist you.
